FOP‘s internship program offers a wide range of opportunities for students to gain insight into the technical and administrative programs of FOP. For this purpose, FOP has an established an extensive coordination mechanism with the universities of Pakistan. Hence, from time to time, universities send their students of relevant fields to undertake internships in FOP. Normally, these internships have duration starting from 2-weeks (minimum) to 8-weeks (maximum). The pre-requisites for internship are as follows: Must have a CNIC (minimum age 18 years) Letter of Internship from the respective University Resume of the candidate.

To get much-needed skills that could help to push the FOP’s mission further. To get valuable feedback that can be used to make optimizations to the processes and procedures. To create a positive impact on retention rates and free up more of staff’s time to focus on other important components of the program/activity. To bring enthusiasm to the organization and keep others engaged in the organizational goals. The Interns are expected to show their commitment in the following areas: Belief in the organization’s mission, recognition and appreciation. Personal relationships with staff, support from staff, and the belief that they are making positive change.
